South Street Village

Located in Komani (formerly Queenstown) in the Eastern Cape, South Street Village is a residential property development that offers a modern "village" lifestyle to its residents. The total size of the estate is approximately 4.88 hectares with 101 residential stands set out for development. The estate is divided into four blocks and makes provision for numerous open spaces and play areas, all of which are serviced by paved roads and guest parkings. This unique design makes it possible for all main feeder roads to be free of garages and driveways, which results in safer access for pedestrians and better traffic flow.

The range of houses and stands available allow prospective buyers to choose from a selection of modern two and three bedroom homes. Each design has been made to suit the lifestyle of the everyday family, while at the same time offering all the fittings and fixtures you'd expect in a modern home. Each stand makes provision for at least one external carport, with many having the space for an additional carport or garage should one be desired. Most of our T2 houses are built on stands large enough to allow for possible expansion in future, e.g. the addition of an extra bedroom or bathroom. R2 Design (Two Bedroom House)

Our R2 design is approximately 55 sq/m in size and includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen and lounge area and one external carport. Featuring a terraced design, these houses are built in continuous rows and are joined together by their side walls. That being said, there are no doors or access points of any kind between them. Each R2 house also comes with a solar geyser, built-in bedroom and kitchen cabinets and an undercounter oven, stove and extractor fan.

B2 Design (Two Bedroom House)

Our B2 design is approximately 55 sq/m in size and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one shared and one en-suite), an open plan kitchen and lounge area and one external carport. Featuring a semi-detached design, these houses are built in groups of two with a sidewall being shared between them. There are, however, no doors or access points of any kind between them. Each B2 house also comes with a solar geyser, built-in bedroom and kitchen cabinets and an undercounter oven, stove and extractor fan.

Our T3 design is approximately 70 sq/m in size and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one shared and one en-suite), an open plan kitchen and lounge area and one external carport. Being a larger version of our two bedroom T2 design, it's also freestanding and not attached to any other nearby houses. C3 Design (Three Bedrooms)

Our C3 design is approximately 78 sq/m and is by far our biggest house on offer. Being freestanding and much bigger than our other designs, it can only be built on certain larger stands in the development. Phase 1 makes provision for two C3 houses, one of which has already been built and sold. That leaves only one available at the current price. Unfortunately, Phase 2 will not contain any C3 houses, but more will be built later on as part of Phase 3 and 4. Each C3 house also comes with a solar geyser, built-in bedroom and kitchen cupboards and an undercounter oven, stove and extractor fan.
