South Street Village

Located in Komani (formerly Queenstown) in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, South Street Village is a residential estate that offers a new concept of contemporary "village" living that is both affordable and sustainable. The total size of the estate is approximately 4.88 hectares with 101 residential stands set out for development. The estate is divided into four blocks and has numerous open spaces and play areas, all of which are serviced by paved roads and parking areas.
